12 Days of Christmas Fun at WCBGC!

Walton County Boys & Girls Club celebrated Christmas for 12 days at the Club with ornament making, building snowmen, creating Christmas shirts, caroling and ending with a WCBGC tradition - family Christmas bingo.

Parents and Club members gathering in the common area where they played bingo, listened to Christmas music and enjoyed each other’s company.

“It was so exciting to have the parents in the building to join in on our Christmas fun. Our members were happy to have their parents there as well,” Mequelle Jones, WCGGC Program Director, shared. “Seeing the joy on their faces as they pointed out their mom or dad to their peers made me feel all warm inside.”

Teen member Ta’naiah Ansley had a blast.

“I had so much fun with my Club members and was so happy that my mom came to join in on the fun with us,” Ta’naiah shared.

Kelsey Malcom, WCBGC Teen Director, experienced her first Walton Christmas this year.

“Experiencing my first Christmas season here at the Walton Club will definitely be one in the books for me,” she said. “The joy I witnessed on the kids and their parents' faces were priceless. You couldn’t help but be happy and joyful seeing the smiling and glowing faces on everyone.”
